Delighted with the service provided

Rebecca, we have settled in very well to our beautiful new kitchen. I just wanted to reiterate how delighted we were with the service provided by you and your team. Having never lived through any building projects we were apprehensive about what to expect, particularly having a 2 and 3-year-old around. However, our fears were unwarranted, as we were never given any reason to be concerned about anything at all, everything was spot on - the professionalism, tidiness, flexibility, timeliness, competence. On the odd occasion we had a query it was dealt with immediately and in a really reassuring fashion - the communication offered by you and Thomas was a key part of that. So thank you, and you were absolutely right, the place we all hang out is around our lovely oak peninsula!
